STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

Guarantee by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD - not prepaid):

• for cancellation within 7 days from arrival day: no fees
• for cancellation within 3 days: 50% of the total
• for cancellation less than 3 days/early departure: 100% of the total 

Guarantee with bank transfer (30% advanced payment and balance at the hotel):

• for cancellation within 10 days from arrival day: refund of the paid amount less 10% for administratives and bank expenses)
• per cancellarion less than 10 days: no refund

ATTENTION: A credit card pre-authorization of the total can be made. In the event of a negative outcome of the pre-authorization, it reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation. The deposit transfer must be received within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation or request for payment.
